How can I pay?

For initiating the transactions, you will have to give the data of your bank card that is the 16-digits card number, the 4-digit expiry date and the 3-digit control code. If no CVV/CVC code can be found on your card, then leave the input field empty. The transactions will not charge your telephone bill but your bank account belonging to your bank card. If you liked to settle your bills in an even more convenient and quick way, you can save your card’s data in a secure way in an encrypted form in the iCheque application program. So at the time of the next bill payment instead of giving your bank card data you can only choose the bank card fixed by you earlier and saved under an alias name.

In case you need a proof of the payment, iCheque provides a possibility for setting an electronic alert. In the menu item “Settings / Info > Alerts > Payment proof” you may set to receive a alert on each successful payment. The certificate is an email, generally accepted by service providers, though officially the document that authentically contains the information on the payment is the bank statement, so if necessary, request it at your accounting bank.

May I request a payment reminder?

If you do not want to pay immediately after the read-in of the QR code, the bill may be stored and you may also pay it later by pressing the button “Store” after the read-in instead of “Pay”. In this manner, you may pay your current bill from the menu item “Parked bills”. In the application iCheque, it is possible to set that the payment system send a reminder message, according to the setting, at the receipt of the bill or two days before the due date for payment of the bill, to be set in menu item “Settings / Info > Alerts > Alert”. In case you do not request a payment reminder alert, you may choose the button “No reminder”.

May I pay checks without a QR code?

Each check that contains data filled in advance, has to include a QR code. In cases that the impersonator of the check does not possess all data (payer, amount, etc.) in the time of the issuance and the automatic filling, the check cannot be processed electronically, so we do not plan their payability.

What to do when the QR read-in fails

In case you cannot read in the QR code, please step back into the main menu and set the camera auto-focus on, and in this manner, try to read in the code. Meanwhile, approach and draw back the device from the QR code so that the code stays in the camera sight within the frame. In case you cannot read it even this way, please shoot the code, and displayed magnified on the monitor, try to read it in.

May I pay with iCheque the checks of issuers not included in the list of service providers?

The service provider list only includes the partners of Díjnet and service providers the interface of whose checks includes an iCheque QR code. Service providers whose checks display an iCheque QR code, are not enlisted due to their considerable number, nevertheless, the checks of these service providers may be paid by the iCheque application. No transaction may be read in and paid through the application with QR codes issued by other outsider service providers, and the application will denote it as unknown code should such code be read in.
